Shay's an out and out recruitment marketer, having spent the last 10 years building recruitment brands across the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Over the years, he's supported 100+ recruitment businesses, everything from startups to one of Europe's largest recruitment groups.
With a good mix of in-house and agency experience, his sweet spot lies within email marketing and automation. Spending his days inside Bullhorn Automation and Roi-AI, their CRM/ATS and Automation products are where he does his best work, helping to build powerful sequences that save your consultants' time, improve candidate experience and generate new leads.
Shay lives in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, where his real love is football (tragic QPR fan), MMA, rugby and basically any sport with a ball.
