Kara Almera

With a background in graphic design and multimedia, Kara started her career in publishing, working with an independent magazine that doubled as a creative agency. Since then, she’s built her experience across a wide range of industries – from fashion and e-commerce to FMCG, hospitality and now recruitment – ultimately finding her niche in branding and visual design. 

Before joining Three Sixty Digital, she worked as a Lead Brand Designer for an e-commerce business, specialising in building B2C brands from the ground up. As our Senior Graphic Designer, she leads the creation of engaging visual assets across social, digital and print, helping clients bring their brands to life. 

Her main strength lies in branding – from concept through to execution – with a focus on creating work that balances aesthetics, function and genuine audience understanding. Known for her adaptability and ability to quickly get under the skin of a brand, she takes a collaborative approach to every project, ensuring the final output feels both strategic and authentic. 

Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her (many) pets, journaling, reading or planning her next trip – usually with a matcha in hand. She’s also currently learning Japanese!
