Elouise Paul

Elouise started her career in 2018 working in an operations role at a large recruitment franchise, where she was eventually assigned to work in conjunction with their third-party marketing agency. This unique change of events showed Elouise first-hand the issues recruiters were facing with traditional marketers, and – while she didn’t know it at the time – planted the seeds which would eventually sprout into Three Sixty Digital. 

From here, Elouise worked her way up to become the managing director of a recruitment marketing firm operating out of Australia, New Zealand and the UK, building a large client network and a widely known reputation for excellence in the industry. Clients loved Elouise because she got things done, and worked hard to become an integral part of their business. She’s a listener, and an innovator, and soon she was ready to innovate some more. 

In 2023, Elouise launched Three Sixty Digital, using everything she’d learned to make a real difference for recruiters. She surrounded herself with experienced, senior people who hold the same values that she does, pulling together an A-team of professionals from across the recruitment and marketing sectors. 

Elouise lives on a farm with her partner in Central West, NSW, so her weekends outside of work are mostly spent with lambs, horses, chickens, her cat Willow and her dog Pippa. While they make for some slightly disruptive colleagues during the week, she considers herself very lucky to be living both a city and a farm life!
