Duncan Pacey

Duncan has been in and around content his whole life. He wrote his first short stories at the age of six, before going on to pursue education in the arts (New Zealand Film & Television School) to learn more about writing in all its forms. For two years he co-owned a video production company in Auckland, then moved into content marketing in 2014 to broaden his skillset. 

Well, marketing must have stuck because he's been in the job for over 10 years now! Specialising in content and copy the entire time, Duncan has worked on campaigns for businesses across the APAC region and Europe, for big brands and small, tiny budgets and multi-millions, and every subject matter under the sun. 

He's been writing about recruitment for some time: as a writer for previous agencies, a freelancer and now for Three Sixty. But, when we asked what his favourite client was to write he apologised and said it was actually an old ghost tours company he was assigned to at the start of his career. "I was asked to write 'cutting edge ghost news', and it was the greatest thing I've ever done." 

Outside of work, Duncan writes even more: he has two self-published novels (with more on the way), and has previously produced web series for YouTube, content for TikTok and a couple of podcasts.
